Ca could do well as a separate country . I could care less if they become one . It’s all pretty basic , if small states have little or no say on how their interests are taken care of nationally then there is no incentive to be in the union . Hence you have a senate ( all equal rep ) a house ( pop based) and an EC to insure all states have a say based on Delegates . Every state wants their best interests taken care of large or small population ones

The constitution was written that way for a reason and it works .
Win your POV in the arena of ideas , win hearts and minds , stop trying to change rules because your POV didn’t win out .
I agree. I was just rebutting GK on CA falling flat on its face.

Should he stay or go? Seems to be point of interest after his twitter comments. Does he lose respect and or commitment from his players?
The only person who should 86 Del Rio is RR. Now that should only happen in either 1 of 2 ways. Either RR fires him or RR himself is fired. Either way, it should happen because of what goes down on the field and not what JDR said or posted on twitter.

Since socialism wouldnt rule, the money would stay and california - already a top five economy in the world, and not just because of entertainment (a ridiculous notion) - woild flourish just as it has since its inception, despite the over-exaggeration and shrieking husteria that “people are leaving california is record droves!!!!” Or “money is leaving california at a historic pace!!!!””

Or whatever other garbage.

Just like clockwork

From the same article:

“They’ve known for the last two and a half years that it was equally possible that this injunction would not hold," Gonzalez said. "This is not a shock.”

"The fact that trucking companies will have to abide by basic labor laws in CA takes us one step closer to rebuilding the middle class that was almost deregulated out of existence," tweeted Gonzalez – who now heads the California Labor Federation.

One would think that rebuilding the middle class by enforcing labor laws would be something everybody could get behind, but apparently the fools on the right are against living wages, labor laws, and family values.

If you want to know who knows nothing about business…look at government…and socialists.

And please don’t get me started on family values in California.

Union membership only equates to socialism for nonsensical anti-american hypocrites.

Is that you? Did you work today, Sunday? If so, you did by choice. Wanna know why? Because of Unions.

You dont have a clue as to what you wre talking about - union wise or family values.

Karl Marx would love you , but why cant a person make a living as an independent in a free country ?

I am not a part of any union . And any business open on a weekend most likely has you work it at least some of the time

You are a complete moron for this. I am pro-union; however, I am also for the employer firing everybody if there is no current contract.

I didn’t work today but I don’t have a union any longer. My profession is in extreme demand as there is a huge shortage of pilots.

The reason I don’t work weekends has nothing to do with unions.

California has no values. It is full off degenerates.

No, dumb dumb, California has a different set of values than you do.

It’s literally that simple.

Karl Marx liked weekends too? Seriously, what the fuck do you even think you are saying with this sheet?

Only commies like weekends?

A person can make a living as an independent, just not in California’s port system.

Company / states rights and all that, which you LOOOOOVVEEEE to argue for when it supports your claims.

chiller are you this simple ? how hard is it to say no one should be forced into a union ? i am not against unions but especially politically, they dont represent me and lets face it its really a pay off for union support

now if i go back to my trusty constitution it says interstate commerce is in the realm of the federal govt to regulate .

and i am fairly certain those truckers move goods to other states

if the courts , which this will go all the way through the system , say the state has that right then so be it

again reading and understanding the constitution would help you

Sane and rational. Not biased at all.

I would bet that they would think that yours are fucked up.
I am sure they would but my idea actually has value…it is historic. If you take the Hispanic community out of the picture in California, there would be no redeeming quality.

Quite full of yourself are you? “I have historic ideas!!” Of course you do. Uuuuuge ideas! Bigly ones! Covfefe.

I’m sure Californians would say that their idea (ideals?) have value and are historic.

I’m sure that Californians might say that if you take the xxxxxxxxx community out of the picture in wherever you live, there would be no redeeming quality.

Actually, no, I take that back. If you think that the only redeeming quality to all of the California is the Hispanic community, you’re a fucking moron. The Great Central Valley is a farmer’s paradise, the northern coast is full of biodiversity, Big Sur is one of the natural wonders of the world, San Diego has military importance and phenomenal weather, LA has some of the most diverse enclaves on the planet, San Francisco has one of the largest population of Chinese people outside of China on the planet, and houses an absolutely magical place to watch a ballgame, and is the birthplace of the Grateful Dead.

I know that Californians wouldnt be as stupidly close-minded as to limit their worldview of wherever you live to a single solitary characteristic of it.
