Technically. But its just optical bullshit.

He's only stepping aside from the CEO role temporarily while the investigation is going on. He's still in his role running creative for both shows.Stephanie was installed as the interim CEO, but my guess its that's just smoke and mirrors bullshit. He's still CEO just acting thru her. If he were serious, which he isn't, he would step aside from every role while the investigation goes on. But his ego is too massive to ever step away. This is just a token move to appease some shareholders which I'm sure they had to twist him into knots to even agree to do this bare minimum.

I think I had heard Kelly Kelly’s name mentioned when she was around. But not sure about recently.
