Washington Football Team DT Jonathan Allen thinks Taylor Heinicke has a bright future.​

“You know, it wasn’t perfect,” Allen told reporters after the game. “We have a lot of mistakes to clean up, but damn when you do something like that, that’s special. I mean, Heinicke, what can you say about him. He just keeps on showing why he needs to be our quarterback.”

That’s a ringing endorsement from Allen, who’s the undisputed voice of the locker room and leader of the team.

Reported today by Rick Snider on the Junkies. Snyder acquired an option to buy land in VA, he has not bought the land. Snider's opinion is a new stadium will be built where the current stadium is.

An open mind allows us to hope that he becomes something else and that's fair. All of our senses, thoughts, and full use of both frontal lobes tells us that he is Carson Wince.

To be fair to your position, people can change, they grow, and hopefully mature, but this is football and no matter how much you try to change the real you will get exposed, be it one game or 10.

Unless you're referring to him as a fool, then he had options. Silence being one of them!
Failing that, perhaps responding with an answer that really wasn't one. (Ex: "my job is to give this team all that I've got, not to judge another man for the job that he's doing.")

Any captain would give their QB a vote of confidence during the season. The point is Allen didnt have to say what he said about Wentz in OTA's if he didnt see leadership qualities. Its a huge difference especially for someone who was tagged by you and others as a bad teammate and leader.
