lol

His back was sore.

Larry Bird and Steve Nash having to lay down on the sidelines to keep their backs from tightening up so they could play at an all star level when they went back in the game say ''Wtf Ben? It's the playoffs.''

He doesn't want to play. He just wants to collect a paycheck. He can't be that injured. He hasn't played a game in about year.

One thing I'll say about Ben is i don't think he love the game
And that is what that one scouting report said about him coming out of college so buyer beware

Yep, it's beyond ridiculous at this point. The worst that can happen if he plays is that he aggravates it, can't finish the game and he spends the off-season rehabilitating it. Best case, he provides the defense they need and they can be the first team to come back from 0-3. Most likely, he comes back, maybe they extend the series a game or 2 and he gets a little run going into the off-season to build on.

This has to be the Nets not wanting to fuck up chemistry.

Shit is crazy….

Heat have Olidipo on their bench but he just came back from an injury. Didn’t they lose several games when they tried to fit him into the rotation? Chemistry!

With Simmons, I honestly don’t know. Part of me thinks he’s just a pussy, the other part is bad coaching/CHEMISTRY.

That’s the thing, really nothing bad that could happen on the court. Come out and play some defense for about 8 minutes each half and then the offseason is much different. With this happening might as well fire up the clowns because the circus is not going away.

They're down 0-3...What chemistry are they going to fuck up?

If it's broken, don't try to fix it. The comments from Nash make it sound like they are giving up anyway. So much excuse making. He's practically giving his team permission to lose.

THIS RIGHT HERE!

Even if it’s for 15 mins, put his ass on Tatum.

Yep, Tatum is doing a great job on KD and isn't having to work hard on offense. Play Ben on Tatum and maybe that takes some of the defensive energy away from him and helps get KD going.

I’m going to rewatch the highlights but there was a play where Brown went coast to coast on this Nets team and I was like WTF?

Last years spazzy Simmons would be a big time contributor, even for 20 mins.

I think the all over the place comments Nash has made are because that is exactly how dealing with Simmons has been

Do you think he’d play game 4 if the Nets were up?
You would think he would be playing if they just won game 3, but with this guy who knows

I have a feeling Nash has something to do with Simmons not playing…

See, I think that call is coming from above Nash. He may not be a great coach, but I never saw anything from him in his playing career that indicated to me that he was about anything other than trying to win. How many years did he deal with back issues with the Suns trying to get them to the finals?

Heck, when he came to the Lakers, he kept trying to play, but his body just finally fell completely apart on him.
