Nope. Rodon got that. Roster Resources agrees that the Giants are at 41, but they have been less than accurate the last year or so.

Depth, but still his ceiling is a low-end 4, OK 5. 5m seems a bit steep for that kind of 1/2 season potential production.

I doubt that is accurate, but if true, that is a pretty big solid he did for the org to put off a roster decision.
