Hard to argue McVay was not a good hire. Overall, Rams have done best management of any franchise in the last 5-6 years maybe.

That should balance out for them being one of the worst managed franchises for the decade before that.

McVay is definitely one of the all time great hires considering his age

Eli was 1 and done 4 times out of the 6 he made the playoffs. Jimmy has made it to the championship game every year he’s made the playoffs. Eli was absolute garbage.
