You "just better not hear"? What are you going to do about it if you do? Lie again? Accuse that person of having a low bball IQ and not watching Gobert while you prove to have a low bball IQ while not watching the player/team?

something you might want to take into account in this comparison is Gobert is a true center while Simmons is a PG/wing player.

So let's compare him to true centers then. As @raptorlife4 said from jump, comparing these 2 never made sense. Let's compare him to the true centers in basketball.

Ben Simmons isnt a point guard. He is naturally a PF who can handle the ball. The Simmons drafted fultz to be their PG.

Point forward

Ya think so do ya? Even though over the next 4 seasons Bam will be paid an extra $50 million? They know Allen fits well with this team.....and they likely know Allen blows Bam away in the major advanced stats as well as is very close or better in nearly every traditional stat.

what are you thinking Bam can offer the Cavs they aren't already getting from Mobley (if not from Allen) or don't expect to get from him before he even finishes his rookie deal?

You are comedy gold, my friend.

Montrezl Harrell better than Allen?

Watch more Heat games lol. Spacing isn't an issue for Miami.
You thought Bam took "nearly half his shots from 10-16 feet" but want me to watch more Heat games?

This is why I cannot bow out. You are like a train wreck here and I don't want to miss anything.

How is Jimmy Butler able to get in the paint whenever he want if Bam is clogging the paint?

I hope you are young and/or have help as you keep moving the goal posts (but keep failing).....they are heavy.

When Philly got rid of Fultz or he didn't play, what position did Simmons play most often?

But we can compare whoever you want. Gobert/Bam, Allen/Bam, others. you can pick.

Montrezl Harrell better than Allen?
I do see he has a higher PER this year by a little but, no, I don't think he's better than Allen.

This is an excellent attempt to move the goal posts yet again, though, as though it matters in a comparison to Bam where Allen is as good or better than Bam in most traditional stats AND blows him away in the advanced stats.

From what I can tell Harrell is a little better than Allen in one of the advanced stats I've mentioned and unless I missed it isn't better than him in any of the traditional stats (he's also better than Bam in the advanced stats, as well, though).

I mean, Lebron got in the paint a lot here when he played with Shaq, Z, TT, etc.

Keep trying, though. Maybe lie again if you think you wont get caught.

You're really dumb if you honestly think Bam clogs the paint.

Not moving shit. Im showing you how pointless advanced stats can be. Using PER in any argument is silly.

Do you guys think this trade the Knicks made helps them? I always thought Kevin Knox was a great player.

Very impressive stat.

If Jokic can finish the regular season averaging at least five assists a game, which he should since he's averaging seven right now, he'll join some very rare company.

Only two C's in league history have averaged 25-10-5 multiple seasons. Wilt in '64 & '65. KAJ in '73 & '76.

Im done arguing with you. You got this one

Rudy is perfect. Best center in basketball and no need to get better. Can't argue with someone who can come on this board and don't think Gobert should expand his offense. Have a good day
why expand your offense when you are shooting 70% from the field and scoring 16 points a game, while being the defensive MVP of the league 3 out of the last 4 years?

if he expands his offense he is just going to be less efficient.

right now the guy is on a hall of fame trajectory, and 2nd on his team is scoring and leads the NBA in shooting %.

sure- I am sure they would love if he had a 15 footer- but Gobert brings a shit ton to the table without it- hence 3 DPOY awards, multiple ALL NBA recognition, multiple all star teams.

if Bam is going to have a career that even touches Gobert- he has a lot of work to do his next few years- not saying he cant do it- but I dont think anyone is saying Bam is on a hall of fame trajectory. Gobert clearly is.

If Pat calls Cleveland right now and offer Bam for Allen, Cleveland would accept that deal so damn fast.
hmmmmm......I would say probably.......but I dont know.

Allen is going to be an all star- and is signed for 4 more years for a very reasonable 80 million. He is the best defensive player and rim protector on currently the best defense in the East, and is super efficient offensively. He is basically a poor man's Gobert (though he is only 23). He could grow into that type of player- while obviously prob. not having the upside of 3+ DPOY year awards.

It surprises me- but Bam is actually older than Allen.

Allen- great defense- better rim protector by far than Bam- and can guard the perimeter. more efficient offensively. Bam is a better passer. Really the only thing that Bam does markedly better than Allen.

Reddish isn't bad at all.

Reddish is a guy who the whole is less than the sum of the parts.

He's even shooting the 3 ball this year but his true shooting isn't where it needs to be.

The Knick org, dumazzes, had the money to get themselves a game changer.

All they do is pick up garbage.
It seems like that is what they have been doing for years now.
