Agreed however, I think the fan base expectation was higher than inside the building. Ron continues to preach moving forward because the organization was literally stuck in quick sand for decades under Snyder. I'm beginning to think RR's 5 year plan was to simply move the needle just a bit culture wise, roster wise and implementing his new organizational structure with the hopes of winning a few games to keep the fan base interested. Without a real QB, his plan most certainly revolves around his continued roster build until he finds a QB without over paying for some cast off or retread unfortunately one has not presented itself yet without over paying capital wise or draft wise.All IM saying is, we have seen this quite a few times before. This fan base, and more importantly this owner, have shown a tendency to want the big move after a disappointing season. Expectations for 2021 were high, and the team flopped. Usually after a year of high expectations falls short is when we see this team double down on desperation... especially at the QB position.
