Missing 2 of your top 3 bench guys and 2 of your top 3 overall players sounds like a long night if jokic is playing
Yep I'm in the 12th row for $40. Hard to beat that.

Osman has definitely been a very pleasant surprise. at this point the guy is well underpaid. No, he's not a great player by any means, but a solid rotational piece who has become an exceptional shooter.....and not a catch and shoot guy only. He can get his own shot.freaking Cavs finally get a break in the schedule and an easy game.
their schedule has been by far the hardest in the NBA. I saw where the difference between #1 and #2 in winning % played against was bigger than the difference between #2 and #12. Thats pretty crazy.
I gotta say- even short handed in some of those really tough games they still looked pretty decent and stayed in it (GSW, BRK, PHX).
Maybe now that they are mostly healthy (with the exception of Sexton of course) they can get back over .500 a little bit- that is- if they are good. Unfortunately- the schedule is still pretty tough for a few more games with Dallas, Miami, Wash, Utah, Mil, Chi coming up. After that it gets better finally for a while where maybe they can make some hay.
I actually think they are pretty decent. Allen is a good center. Garland is so young but hes developing into a good point guard. Mobley of course is already a good player. Thats 3 pretty good players. Markenen, Rubio, Love all can do some things and are decent. Osman has played well off the bench. Okoro is still kind of a wild card at this point offensively- but is pretty solid defensively.
No doubt that's true as they have weathered the storm so far with the tough schedule and a ton of injuries...hopefully we can stay healthy and the schedule has to get easier. That's a good thing
Got a lot of the West road games out of the way along with a few at home and have not played any of the weaker teams out of the West yet.And means a light 2nd half schedule. Miami schedule been sick as well. They are done playing west teams away from Miami with the exception of the Pelicans by the first week of January then a stretch where they play 12 of 15 in March at home. Only bad thing for the cavs is a lot of these tough games been at home
Love Daugherty on the broadcasts. Even if it meant AC had to go I would not mind Daugherty getting the full time gig if he wanted it.No Orlando isn't a good team that's for sure. Gotta say I like AC calling games. And how often does Daugherty call games? Caught a Cavs game last week and he was one of the people calling it.
I think it's kinda weird your Cavs drafted Mobley. I was impressed with him last year and went outta my way to watch USC games just to see him. Was able to catch alotta USC games because of the Pac 12 network.
IF his kid makes it (and still a big if) that's where he'll go next IMO.well yah- obviously Davis and LeBron have tons of value.
I wouldnt want it--- absolutely not
but LeBron is signed this year and next- i think thats it.
how much you want to bet he tries to jump onto the Cavs after that with Mobley, Garland and Allen continuing to improve (i cant even say "in their primes" 2 years from now for Garland and Mobley- Mobley will be 21 and Garland 23).
Nope. I'd love to take his kid, Lebron asks to return and Gilbert says "thanks but no thanks".@Shanemansj13 @dtgold88
would you want LeBron back in 2 years once Garland, Mobley, Okoro, Allen are more developed and close to their primes?
I'm confident Gilbert would want no part of him again (and, yes, feeling could be mutual).Short answer…no. I want them to build this team up as constructed and hopefully if Mobley/Garland become stars they can attract FA’s
The Celtics were right to cut bait when they did... had to get out from under Walker's play and contract.
Yep....you are paying for the name and no more. The Celtics were right to cut bait when they did... had to get out from under Walker's play and contract.
It just didn't work out with Kemba... dude started getting old the minute he signed with Boston, and now he's done period.

One of my favs as well. also knew it was him...cannot recall who right now but he sounds like someone else. I'll remember next time I hear him. What's funny is, and I don't remember which Cavs game it was, but I recognized his voice immediately. He'll always be one of my favorite Cavs.
Jokic playing. No reason for Miami to win
Injury prone.![]()
Nuggets' Porter Jr. to undergo back surgery
Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. will undergo a surgical procedure on his lower back and miss an indefinite period, his agent, Mark Bartelstein of Priority Sports, told ESPN.www.espn.com
Assuming KD stays healthy, I fully expect Brooklyn to run away with the east. Milwaukee will be tired, Miami lacks depth. The Bulls and Washington are nice pretenders.
If and when that happens, I expect Durant to inevitability overtake Curry for MVP.
