WTF is going on with Russ?

RW is a career 79% FT shooter but the last 2 seasons he shooting them in the mid to high 60's.

Well look at AD. The last 2 seasons as well.

It's either a lack of work ethic, practicing FT's or who knows. AD for the most part doesn't seem like the same player, at least he is more inconsistent. Shooting awful at the FT line too

For Russ it is a routine issue. They made some rules a few years ago where you basically have to stay at the line after fts. His normal routine was to take a ft and walk away then return. Fts hasn't been good since

He did this last year quite a bit too even before injuries. He's not a good coach. Just another player/coach in the NBA that owes much of their success to Lebron James' coattails

Lebron was the reason he was good with the Pacers?

Vogel is a defensive coach. The Lakers provided him with a brand new roster with mostly guys that are far from defensive minded. His rotations (especially with the center position) are going to change depending on the opponent. If a team like Detroit doesn't use true centers (Lyles and Stewart were the bigs last night topping out at 6'9), he has been using a small ball lineup in spots with Melo and Lebron as the biggest players on the floor when Davis is resting.

Where @CitySushi ?

He's probably on Twitter with everyone else

Just lurking as per usual. I don't like to come on here right after or during the wins. Plus I didn't watch the Clips game so didn't have anything to add really past the highlights I saw.

Yeah, players are creatures of habit. When you've done the same thing, the same way for pretty much the entire time you've been playing...being forced to change that can cause some serious problems.

Damn! At the same time, I get it. I don’t want Kemba anywhere near my team. He’s a ball dominant under sized guard that has lost a step at getting to the hole and a liability on defense. Knowing how important defense has always been to Thibs, I was scratching my head this summer at the Kemba to the Knicks move.

Mavs tickets are ridiculously cheap right now so I might be going to the game tonight. Lower level row 8 for only $40
Definitely do it. Like I told y'all a while back, I know someone who has season Tix for the Rams. Was never a Rams fan, but fuggit, if you can go cheap(or in my case free), you go on and do it...

Only part that'll suck this Sunday is they're gonna play the Jaguars. More than likely that'll be a blowout...

As an NBA fan that would never have a biased agenda (fuck the Lakers!) I think Kemba in the Land of Cheesesteak's makes alotta sense. And make sure to play him 40+ minutes a game.

Go Celtics!!!
