The Bearcats beat an 8-2 team like a drum. They will move up to #4. If they can beat a ranked Houston team, they solidify their spot. Would like to see a rematch of last years bowl game with Georgia. The Bulldogs needed a late field goal to win.
yea. but that was last year. to be honest, I think this GA team is better........

hey, yeah, about that.

Did you have this "#1 projected player in the NFL draft" for the Stanford and Utah game? (I'll be watching the draft next spring to hear his name called).

Asking for a friend....... :suds:
Pretty sure I was just responding to an excuse

WTF. What are you whining about?? 1 - kiss my ass.............

Try to use complete sentences and include a point in it, retard........

do some fucking research. Go look at OSU's schedule, OU, Bama, and many others, then look at Cincy's.......

and by the way, Cincy is already proving my point, they are moving to a bigger/better conference!!!!
Sorry wrong post! Yeah my bad!

In this season UC definitely deserves a shot over a 2 loss Bama. Hopefully Okie St can win out and pass ND from there

At this point would rather see Notre Dame over OkState.

Don't reward teams who duck scheduling P5 OOC games.

I'm fine with either. Boise isn't a terrible OOC option though if you're going no P5. Better than a good amount of P5 schools.

Time to play a game........

How many teams would be undefeated with this schedule? (basically, how many teams would've beaten ND this season)

I'm going with 7-8 minimum.
Cincinnati besides Alabama is the only team that had shown a pulse against Georgia over the past few years. They choked that game away honestly.

Btw, they haven’t lost at home in half a decade. Cincinnati deserves this.

Even these weird Friday games can't stop em. And they typically have trouble with ECU. Not today.

Good luck next week.

Straight up, Cincy does NOT belong in the cfp playoffs. We've been here before, Cincy once before got ranked way up in the Top Ten, and got pummeled in their bowl game when they finally met up with a real opponent. Miami of Ohio did the same thing around that same time, they got pummeled by Iowa to start the season, but going 10-0 or 11-0 after that opening game pummeling, they moved up into the Top Ten of the rankings, only to get embarrassed in their bowl game. And it happens to P5 teams sometimes, too, as I'm remembering that one season Iowa started out 12-0 or something like that, but they got embarrassed in the CCG and I believe they lost their bowl game, too?

There are occasional exceptions, but they are VERY VERY rare. One win over a Notre Dame team that hasn't been really tested either, shouldn't be enough to get them in. But I know that they'll either be let in or will bitch about it forever if they beat Houston and get left out, so I'm cheering for Houston to just do us all a favor and beat UC. Hell, I was cheering for Nebraska yesterday, but under the same principle, I was not as disappointed about Iowa pulling it out, because it would have been pathetic had Minny gotten into the CCG against OSU. No one wants to see that rematch. Iowa and Wisc have both had their struggles, but both would be preferable to see in the B1G CCG over Minny this year. I'll be cheering for Oreg St, but if they lose I won't be devastated, because under the same principle it would be better for a 2 loss Oregon to get a rematch with Utah than a 5 loss WSU team ending up in the CCG. It would be funny as hell, but for cfb's sake, it would be better if Oregon gets into that game. Circle back to Cincy, same principle applies, NO ONE outside of Cincy and NDm want either Cincy or Notre Dame in the cfp. Better 2 SEC or maybe even 2 B1G teams, and/or at least one Big 12 team.

We've all seen Cincy struggle against some really bad teams, we all know if Cincy played in any of the P5 Conferences they'd have a couple losses, same with Notre Dame, so lets just hope the cfp committee recognizes this?

I assume you're talking about that Florida vs Cincinnati game where Brian Kelly walked out on his team for ND and the team was scrambling. Plus Tebow was unstoppable.

I wager they'll be undefeated the PAC and ACC. But thats all hypotheticals.

Yeah, that is the game I was referring to. I've got nothing against UC specifically, in fact I've been saying the Big 12 should snag them for years now, so was happy when the Big 12 finally took my advice, too bad they waited until UT and OU left. I've been cheering for UC to move up to a legit conference. But while in lesser conferences, I hate when they beat up a ton of creampuffs and get ranked for doing it. Hated when WMU did it, hated when Miami of Ohio did it, hated when UCF did it, etc.. Even hated when Iowa did it that one year. So nothing personal man.

Well, as much as I'd like to disagree, the PAC sucks a ton this year, so if they could avoid Utah, they just might go undefeated in the Pac. The ACC I think is a little more competitive. But maybe? Pitt and WF and NCSU and Clemson would all give them a good game. But even if they only had one loss in the ACC, combined with ooc wins over IU and Notre Dame, they might be right around where they are now in the rankings?

The Big 12 is actually getting stronger by adding them 4. Texas is really bad. Addition by subtraction.

Somehow its gotta be a middle. Ppl cant get on Cincinnati for beating up on lesser foes while P5 teams are not willing to schedule them. It doesnt make sense. But thats all about to change with the conference switch.

Yeah, Texas is always overrated. I'd love if the Gophers would schedule Cincy

It is true that Cincy and ND would more often have two losses in a conference. However, in any individual year it is rare that any P5 has more than one team with 1 or 0 losses. Alabama beating Georgia would be a rare example.
