If I thought for one moment that his re-signing with the Sox is in the bag, there wouldn't be a request from me for the pursuit of Taylor. And of course another factor in determining whether to sign him is if we go after big game such as Semien, Story, etc. IF we could sign one of them and IF Garcia leaves, then IF we could also ink Taylor as well - that would be the ideal sitch, but one which is quite unrealistic.
