Here was #3 -A game manager is a QB who can only be successful when he has good players around him. He won’t make plays, carry the team on his shoulders, or make everyone around him better.

Yeah, he has a couple top level pass catchers in Hill and Kelce. But, last 2 years they also had a very mediocre run game and a porous offensive line. Also, he has done pretty well in the games that Tyreke has missed.

3- he won’t carry the team on his shoulders or make everyone around him better

Mahomes clearly does that. That is why his average season is like 900 yards and 18 TDs better than Alex Smith was with the same personnel.

So like I said, the definition does not apply to Mahomes in any way.

No disagreement there, but most use it toward Baker as a derogatory term...like Dilfer, for instance.

Baker is more an anti game manager in the way most look at the term.
