The Bears are about to cut veteran left tackle Charles Leno; should the WFT try to sign him?

Ian Rappaport has just reported that the Bears will release longtime left tackle Charles Leno. This appears to be a salary cap driven move, but maybe not. Leno was ranked #32 in overall blocking...

Are they going to start Fields? That is news to me.
Also, They will do better with Tevin Jenkins than they would have with Charles Leno. Leno gives up about 6 sacks/year and 10 penalties.

Lucas was rated higher giving up 2 sacks and 1 penalty...he did play only half the snaps of Leno.
