I read a (dumbass) article from a Boston publication that the C's should consider a move for Griffin:

Even if we get Griffin plus a guy... what a terrible, terrible idea.

He might be worth it if 2 things are true:

1. They get him on the buyout market so they don't have to give up any assets.

2. He can do as @Stakesarehigh suggests and convince them that he was dogging it to get out of Detroit.

He's only 31, so you'd think he's got at least a couple of prime years left, but his drop off after the 2 surgeries has been pretty dramatic and he's always been a guy who relies on his athleticism more than anything else.

The Lakers need to hire a couple of dudes to carry him around everywhere. Don't even let his feet touch the ground for like a month. lol

Maybe... on a low cost, 1 year contract... if that were possible, maybe.

If they had to pay him any amount of $$$ it would be a terrible misuse of resources... the C's are close to the tax line and need to be focused in how they're using their money.

I'd also add...if they don't think they get anything better at the trade deadline and/or in the buyout market.

This Heat team stink so bad.

Clippers down 4 starters. All you have to do to win is literally defend the 3 ball

What happened in the first half? They let Morris go off for 26 and allowed Morris and in this Coffee guy go 10-11 from 3.

I have as much hate for this group as I had love for the group last season.

Steph carrying the team again, 24/2/3 in the first half.

Dray with 9 assists (1 TO) in the first half but he sucks. 5 boards too.

I know the Cavs aren't good but Draymond is a hell of a point guard. 6/7/15 with time left in the 3rd.

There comes a time where switching must stop. If switching keeps leaving Zubac on a guard in the post then you should probably do something else.

These coaches are so switch happy and don't care if it leave their defense at a huge disadvantage. Switching should only be done if you're ok with whatever defense matchups when switching.

He finishes inside better than many big men. Caught a pass under the hoop and finished on Jarrett Allen.

He's a magician in the paint. A lot of fans don't realize that. I remember Barkley saying that the Warriors can't win a title because they're a jump shooting team, apparently ignorant of the fact that the Warriors were leading the league in points in the paint.
