Miami has Herro back, and are losing to a Clips team without Kawhi and George....you got a home game vs. the Clips without those 2 and your on a 4 game losing streak--- thats not a game you want to lose.

they got a CAKE schedule coming up with SAC, CHAR, WASH, WASH, NY, NY, HOU though.

This team is getting killed by the Clippers without Bev, George, or Leonard.

even if they lose this game they should be able to EASILY win at least 4 out of next 6- if not more- and steady the ship--- esp. if Butler is back which i gotta think he will be. Itll be 3 weeks saturday. That seems like plenty of time.

if they go 3-3 in those 6- Pierce might be on to something.

To be fair, we got Herro back then 2 players we had last night are now out. Still shouldn't be getting destroyed though.

Depends if they get healthy anytime soon. There are still other important players out with injuries

This is the low point of the season. Getting outscored by 33 in the 2nd and 3rd quarter against this Clippers team can't happen. Just embarrassing

I find it funny that people still make statements like this despite all of the things that "couldn't happen" that have happened anyway.

Remember when Lebron was never returning to Cleveland?

Remember when the Warriors couldn't possibly get KD?

Remember when Lebron was never going to go to the Lakers? Or when he went, but only because he didn't care about winning titles anymore?

Remember when Miami was years away from being able to improve their team in any significant way?

Remember when Lakers fans were told there was no way the Lakers could get AD because too many teams could out bid them?

I don't think anyone thought the Clippers were a threat to get Kawhi, let alone Kawhi and PG both...until they did.

Do I think the Lakers are likely to do everything that makes sense to try to get him? Yes.

Do I think they are likely to get him? No.

I don't think they can, but with all that we've seen...I'm not ruling anything out.

However, I'm not holding my breath either. lol

A lot of those strawmen were constructed by Wiggy. Don't know many who thought the Heat couldn't improve, or the Ws "couldn't possibly" get KD. But your point is fair, we can't be sure of what deals will happen, that part of what makes the NBA fun, big names move around a lot every year, way more than the other sports.

I'm not so sure Houston is a pushover with Wall, Boogie, Wood, and Oladipo. They aren't a deep playoff team or anything but they may be a .500 team or even an 8 seed. New York isn't the same shitty group either.

I'm not so sure Houston is a pushover with Wall, Boogie, Wood, and Oladipo. They aren't a deep playoff team or anything but they may be a .500 team or even an 8 seed. New York isn't the same shitty group either.

right now it kinda seems like a collection of names more than a team- but that could change i suppose.

if not for that throw-back LeBron game theyd be 0-3 last 3. Davis has been knicked up- obviously missed this game.

Marc Gasol looks like he has finally gone from pretty high level role player to just a 20 minute role player at this point.

I was one of the few that understood the boom in the cap and the young players on rookie deals and Currys very reasonable extension that was not that high because of his weak ankles made it possible

I said Durant would never get true respect for winning there--- and guess who shared that sentiment? Durant!!!!! and most eeveryone else.

Warriors should trade Oubre for some front court help. Draymond/Wiseman/Paschall/Looney is a well below average NBA front court.

LeBron with a career high in attempts from 3, and a career high in 3pt. %. Pretty impressive. He isnt as physical as he used to be but hes adjusting to stay great.

pretty impressive to be 36 and shoot a career high % from 3, while also shooting a career high attempts per game. Ill be interesting to see where that goes this season.
