In some ways I agree with what you said about how RR should have handled demoting DH. At the same time you were a leader and a good leader handles business more quietly. I agree that RR shouldn't have made silly excuses.

I don't have a problem with dean rooting for Allen. But I never saw Allen is anything more than a place holder. In my mind he would make a decent backup.
