I agree. Just was giving an example. Although I wonder why in the NBA when a team has a 1 seed locked up for a while before the playoffs, they don’t have an issue ramping back up for the playoffs. Because Tampa had that issue last year.

Hockey is more like baseball in that a hot goalie or a hot starter can completely shut down the other side thereby minimizing the talent gap between teams.

In the NBA, the better team usually wins.

Agree there. Was just a weird year for the 1 seeds last year I guess. Calgary got eliminated in 5 out West.

Ginannis is packing it in...I once rolled the shit out of my ankle (not even sprained) playing basketball. I couldn't just walk off no limp either...He is just a pussy in the fact that his ego is hurt that he is getting moon stomped by the heat and isn't as good as everyone hyped him up to be imho

i can't recall any MVP players on a #1 seed getting basically swept in the 2nd round

come on. Honestly, the wort pain I've ever had on a bball court is a rolled ankle...and often it is fine in 5-10 minutes. something tells me it is more serious. High ankle sprain, maybe something else?

I don't know...I've rolled an ankle before bc I missed a step and then landed the wrong way while I was drunk and it took over a year to fully heal LOL. Of course these guys have the best treatment and all that but still...2 days, isn't that long.

I kept re-injuring it but either way, who knows...a serious rolled ankle can definitely not be healed in two days though even with the best treatment.
