Blatantly obvious that this team has had a horrible culture for a long time now. Many former players and coaches have flat out said it. This is just another layer on top.

Dan Snyder is the worst owner in American sports.

Not that its right by any means and a poor work place environment for females however, this goes on in likely the other 31 NFL team facilities and work places ALL OVER AMERICA! Again, despicable and uncalled for but hey, let's pile on the REDSKINS while we can. All those dolts are gone and for the sake of everyone, quit piling on Dan Snyder for everything. Yes, his team, his work place to keep in check however, he does have people (likely females) working in his HR Dept. Would like to see some heads roll there since these allegations seemed to slip through the cracks at that level.

Twenty one years .... about a third of my life Dan Snyder has been the owner. Never did I think we would go so long in this kind of condition and that isn't counting 8 years after Joe Gibbs left when the team first fell apart.

This has been a turd organization since Snyder became the owner. I have told you before ... I had dealings with the guy, I have friends that have had dealings with the guy, my brother used to work for him as well as some other people I know and one or two are still there. The guy is not a nice man.

Give Jerrah credit, he may do some dumb shit but he doesn't hide behind a Vinny or Bruce. Jerrah stands up and says it is my team. Snyder is a sniveling little jerk and he hides behind people like Vinny and Bruce.

We have watched him treat players like crap. We have watched him treat coaches like crap. We have watched him treat fans like crap. The reason the stadium has been half empty the past couple of years is Dan is a turd. Sure losing has a lot to do with it but a lot is because of what an ass Dan can be and how he has treated fans.

I don't think this latest "bombshell" will be enough to force Dan to sell. He is not implicated in anyway other than have a crappy HR Dept. <shock> It is hard to believe Dan didn't know about. The fact that he fired two and one retired just before the article came out would make you think they knew what was going on. If I heard correctly 14 of the 15 women have been paid and signed non disclosure agreements. If that is true someone knew something. I'd love to see Snyder forced to sell the team but am not expecting it.

Not too shocked at Larry Michael, he never felt like a good guy to me. The fact that he lasted so long is just more evidence that Dan knew what was up.

It was funny listening to Doc Walker and others on radio today talking about how terrible these people were. C'mon ... y'all knew too.

Although I was happy about the hiring of RR and even more so of JDR as defensive coordinator it was hard to get too excited about the team as a whole. Still have the same owner and this organization stinks from the top down.

I completely disagree. New coaches, new infrastructure it appears, new culture. Welcomed change and time to put the past in the past. Snyder is not selling the team and nothing he does moving forward in "good light" will get any credit anyway. Just stay the course on ALL changes that are happening and create a stable, inclusive winning culture as it is much needed. Who knows, I'm sure the WAPO or some other organization will come up with something to sling mud in Snyder's face but for now, they seem to have covered everything. No more shit to talk about or expose because there is none. Now let's get on with football talk can we.

HodL on. Let me get this straight. The one person of name, Applegate, said she refused to come forward even though Eric Schaffer said he had her back? And now, because she refus3d to come forward, people are losing their shit? What exactly is the organization supposed to do if they do not come forward? How can they deal with the issues if people do not come forward?


Applegate also said she would sob at her desk several times each week because of this. That is complete bullshit. Nobody is that weak. If they are, they would have put a bullet in their own head or downed a bunch of pills. At the very least the boss would have called her in and asked what the issue was. She would either tell the boss or likely be fired because of the work environment she was creating.

As for the no disclosure agreements, that does not preclude getting a lawyer for a harassment claim. The no disclosure agreements are possibly a result of a deal made to keep claims quiet which means compensation.

Rivera is a good coach.

Yeah, we obviously still don't know all the facts, but so far... this could be a case of a few bad apples... that are now gone... and a bad HR department - and possibly nothing bad done by Snyder - other than very poor leadership. Have to wait to see the results of the investigation. Seems like a lot of the sports media (local and national) is overdoing their public convicting of the Skins and just piling on. 15 complaints is a lot, but they're from over a decade. That doesn't sound at all unprecedented - obviously not saying it's a good thing - but should the Skins be singled out? I don't know. Sounds like the worst thing Snyder did was try to make a former male cheerleader to do a cartwheel. Oh the humanity! I mean... compare that to what any NFL rookie takes in hazing. Oh, Snyder made him do a cartwheel!!! Take away the Skins' first round pick!
