i tried to do this once with even P5 teams between all new conference its not as easy as people think to keep some balance.

i recently tried to do 8 conferences 16 teams 2 divisions 8 P5 each it sucked i could try and figure his team numbers out but put equal P5 in each.... have see how much time i have

the rule changes in the beginning - I could live with, though I don't truly care. I am not about that recruiting and uniform crap though.

6 teams per league with 5 left over
consider teams like Kansas, Arkansas, Rutgers, Colorado, Vandy any better than a top G5 team? and so 5 conferences would have 7 P5s?
could really do this based on divisions as they are now anyway.

alright i think i did it using his teams and his 12 teams model.
I put 6 P5 in each with 5 of 10 having 7 but like i said before do we really care when teams like Rutgers and Kansas are considered Power 5? I dont think any i did are exactly his but might be similar.

for my set i had Nebraska and Iowa as the 2 mains for that conference with Iowa State and Missouri as the 2 that may pop up here and there. maybe kansas state. and them Memphis as your upper G5 team
i felt like it was a decently competitive grouping
