I do admit I think highly of Rodgers and will defend him hen he is unfairly criticized. I never defended the Packers despite what you believe. I have been a Cowboys fan all my life but have been very displeased with them over the past five seasons. I like the moves they have made this offseason and have mentioned that in many of my posts.
I would hope you and a few others would acknowledge this instead of continuing to spread the false narrative that I'm a Packers fan.

That was never the issue with @Guns N Guitars, everyone knows the issue.

As for the thread I think it's clear that the Boys have he talent to at least get there. But I will never understand why Jerry can't hire a good coach to lead them.

No good coaches want to work for Jerry Jones. He has shown himself to be an overbearing boss who can't let the football people do their jobs without getting involved. The only real coaches with spines he has had were Parcells and Johnson, and not coincidentally, those were the most successful eras for the Cowboys under Jones.

Jerry's ego is why. With a worthy HC the media is talking to the coach. Not the Owner/GM. In Jerry's brain I believe he thinks "I am the real HC of this team"
