Haha, well of course THEY say that, what are they gonna say? "Gee Michael, we really like you, but you were #5 on the board."

But seriously though. I had Pittman #4, especially if talking about a PPR. Ruggs was #5, with Juedy/Lamb/Jefferson 1, 2, & 3. Post draft, Jefferson #1, Juedy #2 (he was just that damned far ahead of everyone before, I'm not worried about him becoming the #1 in Denver sooner than later), then Pittman. I HATE Ruggs in LVR, and Lamb might well push Gallup aside, he's not moving Cooper anytime soon.

And of course Indy will use him, but TY isnt dead, and Pittman, while potentially a mega stud, isnt gonna make anyone overlook him.
no, i just think theres some truth to it, and i think hes the kinda guy they wanted and desperately needed with hilton. Plus rivers likes them big tall guys......

Who are some "deep" and "off the radar" guys you're targeting? IDPs if you have them too.

I like Quez Watkins, kind of. Don't expect much, but Philly is a desolate wasteland of WR's, rife with opportunity, with a 4.35 40 time, he might find a niche. Similar with Coulter in Houston, although he doesn't have that definable trait like Quez does that might separate him from someone else just like him, but there is a barren wasteland of a depth chart.
. hard to say much about the RB's, if there was anything that made them stand out, even in the slightest, they aren't "off the radar" of anyone. And the one "under the radar" type guy I did like, Javin Leake, went the Gmen where he's pretty much screwed.

If talking dynasty buy lows, I like both Quartney Davis (Vikings) and Kalija Lipscomb (Chiefs). Both should be well off radars but shouldn't be slept on. Davis is a Diggs clone. Lipscomb is like a Golden Tate/Beasley.

lamb and jeudy fell big time for me because of landing spots.........

i had jefferson, pittman as my top 2 wr believe it or not, and indy is on record saying they think they got the best wr in the draft....they will use him......and mims is raw, but who does he have to beat out? literally perriman is his competition.
They fell a little for me because pre-draft I had them 2 and 3 I believe. But no lower than that. Pittman is like my WR8 I think. I like Campbell better as a player. But make no mistake, I do like Pittman. He's low for me solely because of the depth of this class.

Lamb and Jeudy are just on another level talent-wise. Situations change, talent doesn't. And I don't hate either spot. I just don't think Dallas is the best spot for the next 1-2 years because of volume. But that offense? Yeah... that's a good spot. My concern for Jeudy is entirely whether Lock is the real deal or not. I don't really think he is.

Wise words there overall - the only thing I think you're missing on is Lamb. Dallas has 150 targets up for grabs, Sure Cooper and Gallup are there but Gallup is more the deep threat and I think Lamb eats into his share from last yr, plus a share of those vacated 150. Guess we'll see. ....

Well, I think Coopers presence caps his ceiling for a bit. I think the next 1-2 years he's a WR2 but long term he's a WR1. Lamb is an alpha. I think he's going to be huge in Dallas.

Where is Lamb overall for you? I have him at 3/4 depending on my mood lol.

Well, the leagues I'm in, value RB's a good bit over WR's so they all drop abit based on the whole supply/demand thing. But he's still sitting at 7 in my rookie ranks with Jeudy at 6. .... in our latest league rookie draft I was sitting at 7 and got them both. .... but struck out completely on RBs.

83 of those targets were Jason Written, vast majority of those will end up with Jarwin..or another TE. BUT..Randall Cobb's 83, may very end up his way..assuming he proves worthy and isnt a Treadwell clone

In our league it's very close. The positional scarcity of workhorse RB's push their value up some though. Which is why I had 2 or 3 ahead of Lamb/Jeudy even though from a pure talent standpoint I like Lamb and Jeudy more than any RB.

I'm also a big fan of the RB landing spots for dynasty too.

I think @ehb5 converted me to a WR believer. Went heavy WR early in my other dynasty league and my strong WR more than made up for any weakness i had at RB.

WR will last twice as long as a RB. Plus less teams are leaning on 1 RB to carry the load.

same here - but not rookie WRs, give me the guys under 26/27 that have proven they can produce at the NFL level

for rookies, give me the RBs!!!

At the very top end I could see this. Eg. CEH or Taylor over Lamb and Jeudy.

But the non elite RBs being pushed above the elite WR prospects is crazy to me. Even the Aiyuk, Higgins,AJ Shenault group is a safer bet than the Dillon, kshawn Vaughn, Zack Moss group imo.

Most of the drafts I've been in Moss and Dillion are drafted after those WRs. Vaughn is going earlier most based on what looks like a good opportunity to get lots of work immediately and that many FF teams are lacking at the RB position and the draft was very deep with WRs so teams have a good chance to take one round 2.

If y'all are drafting for dynasty Aiyuk and Reagor landed in dream spots.
