I like Dalessandro's. Some people think it is overrated but I think it is one of the better spots. Problem is there is hardly anywhere to sit so you wind up eating it outside at the park nearby or in your car.

Dalessandro's is very popular. I like it but not love it. I prefer John's, Ishkabibble's, and Jim's over all the rest. The Collegeville Italian Bakery is excellent. Try it sometime.

You mean Bube's Brewery? I guess it's OK, but I never thought of them as Italian. Lombaro's, used to be good, but they changed ownership, and it's not too good. Ciro's is good, but not authentic. they do have good pizza.

There is no place better for a cheese steak than Mama's on Belmont Ave in Bala Cynwyd. A pound of meat and a pound of cheese. It is beyond good. I have eaten at every place mentioned except Bube's and the bakery in Conshy, none of those even compare. Dellasandro's is very good, but can't compare to Mama's.

Manny, the bakery I mean is the Collegeville Bakery! Besides the sandwiches, their baked goods are fantastic. If I lived near there, I would gain 50 pounds!

Not Italian, just mentioned it because of your location. Interesting place and it’s for real haunted. There are a couple other breweries in your area we have tried but I can’t remember their name. We love Lancaster County.

WE do too. Moved here from Huntingdon Valley in 1974. All our kids have grown up here. It's less crowded than Philly or the burbs. We do miss the sites and restaurants in Philly though. It has gotten better over the years. no complaints.

My uncle has a business in Huntingdon Valley. He lives near Abington HS. I have family in Wyncote and Willow Grove as well.

I grew up in Willow Grove. I was born on N. Broad St., in a hospital that I doubt is even still there.

Any of you ever been to Donkey's in Camden? My stepdad is from Camden and he swears this is the best spot for a cheesesteak. They do it a little different, on a large round Kaiser roll with American cheese and onions.

I don't get over to Camden anymore, but I would try it. I am more of a traditionalist though. I'll recommend it to my son.

Prince lacks experience. He came to America hoping to play basketball but switched to football his senior year of high school. Got hurt and had to redshirt his freshman year, played sparsely as a backup the next, then started 32 games his final three years. His issues are technical not athletic. He’s significantly better at pass blocking than run blocking.
