I kind of disagree that Washington's in-state talent is underrated. I think most people have acknowledged that this is the best group of high school football players to ever come out of Washington. Really the only argument that it's "underrated" is if evaluators are taking into consideration that these elite prospects are competing against Washington high schools. Albeit, that is sort of negated by all of these elite 7-on-7 competitions that take place with many players from across the west coast.
