That means Payne, Ionman, Settle and now Brantley are all under contract. Do we keep 4 Dt's on the roster? Does this mean anything pertaining to Rk and Allen?

Perhaps especially if we draft ChaseSo Brantley is just a training camp body?
Maybe signing him back then was an indication that they're trying to trade down, because if they pick Young, that might force Allen to DT, and there'd be no room for Brantley - even on the bench - which I think would be a shame.Perhaps especially if we draft Chase

I'm sure he can play there - though he's under-sized. I don't think there's any evidence that he'd be much - if any - better at DT than DE. And the Skins were already set at starting DT's - that's where the best starters on the team play. Our starting DE's are the next strongest starters - with Allen on one side.I think Allen is a DT

6’3” 300 pounds is undersized?
Fletcher Cox 6’4” 310
Geno Atkins 6’1” 300
Sheldon Rankins 6’2” 305
Jurrell Casey 6’1” 305
He was 286 at the combine, so if they had him bulk up to 300 - that's likely at the expense of his speed and agility.
