Really wish that people would get it through their brains that people aren't responsible for the governments in which they originated from. There are plenty of Chinese people that will not refute that their government is fucked up beyond recognition. Sadly we live in a time where there's a considerable part of the world population that is simple minded.

You could argue this from both sides of the fence. Yes, Trump should've been more imposing and the ventilator issue that Wamu brought up is more than valid. Having said that, you're seeing a failure at the local government level as Trump basically said to each state - "The ball's in your court".

He's not my guy. But I do find it refreshing that he's probably the most transparent president we've had since I can remember. And, although he hasn't been perfect, this country wasn't exactly falling apart under his watch like so many claimed was happening. Now all of a sudden, a global pandemic is happening, and this is being put at his feet by so many.

At the beginning of his presidency, I didn't really care much for him. But I've seen so many criticize him for menial shit that past presidents have been more than guilty of; it starts to build up a resentment against those parties.
