Ya I am staying out of that one.
I am just kidding, my apologiesDamn 30 something comments in & you're already trying to throw around petty insults? I don't care what garbage you're spewing. Don't want to read it.
I am just kidding, my apologies
Fair EnoughJust post the shit here. If it's insightful it'll get some comments and discussion. Then people might actually read what you write in the future. But no one is going to just go and read your stuff.
Ya know stuff and things but mostly stuffoh cool, we got a noob. wuzzup...?
Ok fair enough. Lakers fan eh so is your team getting through the clippers and is there anyone else that is a challenge
In regard to the Clippers, while they have a deeper and more talented bench, their starting 5 doesn't match up to the Lakers.
The reason the lost the Christmas game was because the 2nd unit wasn't able to maintain the lead the starters created.
If it came down to a 7 game series the Lakers would figure a way around that. Plus Kawhi would probably take a couple of games off, because god forbid he plays a potential seven games in a row. Lakers in 6
I appreciate the fact that you didn't immediately try to click bait us.
Give it a read, maybe a clap and tell me why I am wrong or of course right lol
But I want to talk about it, I want your opinionsI appreciate the fact that you didn't immediately try to click bait us.
Sometimes people start threads with nothing but a link to another site.
That shit gets no play.
So here is what I am saying.
The NBA should get rid of the max contract setup. Let any player make as much as they can, while keeping the team cap the same. This will even out the league as teams will pay huge dollars for certain players and will not be able to put more than one on a team. I mean should Kyrie and Kawhi be making anywhere near the same dollars
I hope you are kidding about Kawhi in the playoffsIn regard to the Clippers, while they have a deeper and more talented bench, their starting 5 doesn't match up to the Lakers.

You spelled fan BASE wrong for starters

So, what happens when a desperate for stars Knicks team spends 75% of their Cap on the next big thing and have to try to fill the remaining 11-14 spots with the remaining 25%?So here is what I am saying.

Well I would say that the cap stays the same so the average pay is the same and yes the rich get richer and the slightly less rich get slightly less rich but the fans win. Its similar to the NHL except no hard cap it forces equalityYeah this is an idea that's been floated around here before.
The problem to me is that the CBA is set up to best benefit all players, not just the elite ones. By changing the pay scales that will tilt so heavily towards the top, it leaves much less money for those in the mid tier range. NBA players as a whole would see their contract numbers reduced dramatically.
If you read the article not the link its correctly spelled i promise. You spelled fan BASE wrong for starters
Yeah, I didn't even bother with that one.I hope you are kidding about Kawhi in the playoffs
The NBA cap has exceptions for injuries first of all. Second given you can go over the NBA cap when you hold bird rights it does not matter. Are you telling me you feel bad for the dubs. it evens the pack. the dubs this year look like the hornets do most years. Teams will teach themselves discipline if they overspend on one player. So, what happens when a desperate for stars Knicks team spends 75% of their Cap on the next big thing and have to try to fill the remaining 11-14 spots with the remaining 25%?
Look at the Dubs.
They are hardcapped because of the DLo trade and couldn't add a player no matter what.
Injury, suspension....doesn't matter.
Does your article take those things into account?
Max salary slots save Owners, executives from themselves just as much as they prevent teams from forming super teams.
