You don't have the talent. Pretty much everyone but YOU seems to know this. I said it before the season started......this is one of the least talented OU teams in years. You guys are good, but not great.....and definitely not title contenders.

Even if Oklahoma beats OSU and jumps Oregon, I believe it will only be temporarily as the Big 12 doesn't have a CCG and the Pac 12 does. That extra game should be enough to let Oregon jump OU.

That would be true but the PAC 12 in their infinite wisdom scheduled the CCG on Dec 2 (a Friday). Not the following week like they should have....

OU and Okie Lite play on 3 Dec. They'll still be fresh in voter's minds.

PAC 12 CCG is total fail.

What used to hurt the PAC 10 was that our last game was the week before the CCGs so the voters last thing on their mind was the CCGs not the last game of the season.

Got to hand it to the BIG XII they circumvented that issue nicely.

Yeah but they only get points from the computers. Coaches and Harris they dont ranked them so that hurts.

I think its down to Oregon and OU.

Oregon for the extra game factor and OU for the strength of schedule.

Alabama IMO is out. They will not play the last weekend and they play an FCS school and 24th ranked Auburn. They will stay at three and on the last poll will get jumped by either OU or Oregon or both if both win out.

for reasons that only God knows the Big XII is loved by the computers. That and the desire for most to not see a rematch along with OU's chance to be on a big stage the same day that the rest of us are playing CCG (since the BIG XII was smart enough to drag out the season for an extra week) all work in OU's favor.

If you watched tonight you saw the "experts" saying they don't understand the OU loss. They'll just call it an anomaly and vote them in.

Game this year is Big XII vs SEC. It might as well be written in stone.
