Seriously. None of those guys have ever run anything in their lives. That is most likely a recipe for disaster.just think how bad it must be when we have fans who believe cooley , hall , and smith are answers to our GM issue

Seems simple, doesn't it. Yet Snyder, in 20 years, hasn't been able to figure this out.Front Office Moves:
Fire Bruce
Fire entire coaching staff
Fire medical staff
Keep Kyle Smith, Doug Williams, Eric Schaeffer (the cap guy).
Hire GM
Let GM hire head coach/the. Together build staff
Let GM figure out what to do with KS, DW, ES (above).
Invest in medical / training facilities to latest and greatest, regardless of cost.
To fans:
Admit Fault.
Lower prices drastically (see Orioles model).
Extend your Generosity to the fanbase: community outreach not just for charity, real bonuses for season ticket holders, no charge for tailgating. Actually make tailgating easier, etc (see Capitals Model).
Make travel to and from stadium easier: party buses? Overnight camping available?
Concerts/fireworks/run the field after a game?
Promotional items a la any baseball game (free pompom hats! Free foam fingers!).
Roster:
Trade TW immediately.
Trade Kerrigan, because he deserves a winning culture.
Release: Norman, Reed (recommend he retires), Alex Smith (unless he wants a coaching position), Richardson.
Listen to offers on any and all Redskins, including McLaurin, if he’ll net a ridiculously high price.
Draft towards your philoSophy, as outlined by GM and Coach.
First step toward respectability.
You do realize every team believes that exact statement. The only way to find out if any man is the right guy for the job is to hire them for the job. That is why I wanted Kyle Shanahan to be our coach when he was here. He had proven himself with a top three offense in two different locations. That wouldn’t guarantee he was the right guy for the job here, but it would have been better supported by evidence. Hell, Bill Belichick may not be the right guy here but evidence supports him being better qualified.
So back to Doug. No matter how unsuccessful we have been in his current job, he could be the right guy to take over. Let me explain. Under Doug, we have become far more talented as a team. That is the ultimate job of the GM is to acquire the right talent. Doug had nothing to do with losing a franchise QB, 2 one thousand yard receivers, or hiring the coaches. Those were done by Bruce Allen. It is my understanding that Doug did take part in acquisition of talent.
Now, are there more qualified guys out there with more success. Of course, but what do they have to gain coming here? We will not get the Ozzie Newsomes of the world. We will need to find our own success rather than steal somebody else’s.
The problem though,
Is that Snyder has a history of staying with bad GMs for far too long.
So you can’t afford to miss this one.
Not listening to any offer for McClauren. Hire a coach from proven coaching tree. Go get McDaniels and give him BB powers. We'll be a winner in 3 years.Front Office Moves:

That's because Belichek's disciples didn't have Tom Brady. How do you think Belicheck would have done without Brady for the last 20 years? Don't care how good a coach you are, bad talent will eventually lose out, just as good talent without good coaching rarely works.Much like Gibbs ... Belichek's coaching tree has not been very fruitful. Shanahan had what are now 3 good HCs and all were in Washington.
