At an annual charity event, just chatted with former Raiders OT Barry Sims and former Warriors legend Adonal Foyle

I feel bad for Love, he’s dealt with trade rumors for 4 years. FOUR! He’s been nothing but positive, great locker room guy.

looks like he prefers Portland bc he is from the area. I would just hope they get Zach Collins in the deal
I would think he'd be happy to go to a better team, no need to feel sorry for him

I know you already have a bottleneck in the backcourt.

But, that Simons kid looks good too.

Not sure it works salary wise...

But, Simons, Collins, Whiteside and filler for Love, Clarkson?

I don't think he wants any part of this big market teams.

Plus, his contract is so large, he's hard tirade for without gutting your roster.

Gotta believe Portland, Denver and the Raptors are the most likely destinations.

All 3 have prospects/ picks and large salaries that would make trading easier.

Gasol, Whiteside, Milsap and filler gets you there.

He's averaging 5.6 apg when all he has to pass to are trash cans. They should enshrine him right now.

His minutes have also been severely limited because they are not trying to win.

I wouldn't feel bad for him this year since he's clearly trying to get out of Cleveland.

I would be very surprised to see the Blazers give up Collins in the trade. More likely that they give up picks.

I hear ya and as you know I've always liked the guy. True pro. I realize money cannot buy happiness but it cannot hurt, and he resigned by choice so hard to feel bad for him.

I do hope the guy is happy wherever he ends up - here or another destination. I think more than a contender he probably just wants to be having fun again. I can see that not being the case with this team. The young guys don't seem like bad guys and as just mentioned they are young, but there is just no ball movement on this team. Seems like garland and sexton look for their shot and dribble around way too much. Very rare the ball keeps popping on O.

As said in a previous post I don't even think it's all about better. I think he could have dealt with bad if he could enjoy the game. Ball just sticks too much now on this team.

I think they'd consider if filler was picks. Would think with Hood gone Clarkson could be a target as has been mentioned here.

Whoever it is teamwise would think they would onyl take expiring deals or younger guys with upside. Maybe a bad contract if they got decent picks back.

Yup. Love's contract really limits his trade value.
Depends....not if a team needs a stretch 4 who will do whatever a team asks. If you mean contract just makes it tough as teams might not have salaries to match because they want to keep those player, though, I agree.

well I’m sure he wants to go to a contender but he wants to be near home. He won a title in CLE so I hope the best for him
