Probably our worst OOC opponent tonight. The mighty Hatters of Stetson!

Damn that December schedule is brutal. 2 B1G games, UNC, UK and WVU.

Yea 1 of 3 over UNC/UK and beating WVU would be awesome. We get a couple of weeks of scrubs to prep for that run thankfully

Dawson Garcia announcing tomorrow at 4:30 ET. @mr.hockey4242 . I think you guys get him. I'd be shocked if he signed with the Gophers.

I think its Marquette or the Gophers tbh.

All the picks seem to be coming MU's way but none with a lot of confidence.

I'd leave 70/30 Marquette. But do agree it's Marquette or Minnesota.

I'll give gopherhole credit, they have never lost confidence.

That said most of them are supremely confident because Marquette already has 2 forwards committed. Completely ignoring that Dawson is not only the best of the 3 but a different forward type than the other 2.....and we have 6 open schollies in a sport with 5 positions. Guys will over lap haha.

Everything Dawson says hes looking for seems to point to Marquette. But the fact the gophers were seemingly ruled dead a few weeks ago and now are apparently the other option over Indiana gives me pause there could be an upset.

One thing giving me confidence is that while no one seems to know anything, they all seem to say its "between Marquette AND...."

Hes a massive get. And gives us at least a sliver of hope in getting Karim Mane

Gopherhole never loses confidence in anything when it comes to recruiting. I tend to take things there with a grain of salt. Yeah I don't think it's a big deal about the other two forwards. It's just the Gophers have NONE for next year. Lol. If we don't get him, I can see us going the grad transfer route again, unless Pitino wants to play real small with Inhen at the 4 to go with Oturu, Gabe, Carr and Willis/Mashburn. I really think 2021/2022 could be really good years. Pitino has been able to secure alot of 75-150 type of recruits(Oturu being slightly better), but those are the guys that can win alot of games when they stick around as juniors and seniors.

Northwestern, after somehow beating Providence, returns to league embarrassment with a loss to Radford

Got him. Figured as much when every interview with him said he was looking for the best relationships and a vision of how a team will use him.

And every time he was asked what stood out about Marquette, it was those two things.

Tough for Pitino though

Yeah it would be nice to get a huge in state guy. Coffey and Oturu are good building pieces, but to get the gophers to the next level he needs to land a one and done or two and done player.

Yeah it's brutal seeing all these in state guys go elsewhere. Both Jones', Vaughn, Travis, Garcia etc.

Good win tonight. Was hoping for a 5-0 start but im starting think DePaul might not be a bad loss given how theyve done so far.

The next 7 games will likely define the season for Iowa. 4-3 or better and ill feel good about making the tourney but going to be tough considering theres only 1 home game in those 7

New Mexico is awful. I've only watched the last 5 minutes, but how in the hell is Wisconsin losing?
