The act of swinging the helmet is bad enough. The fact he made contact with Mason's head was just the cherry on top of the shitty decision sundae.

Having rewatched it again not sure Ogunjobi's act was not the worst as Rudolph was away from anyone else.

Not defending the act as much as thinking the punishment was a little harsh....though not completely unjustified.

Just saying Garrett had a hold of his facemask and was yanking on it, while standing over Rudolph, who was lying on his back in a defenseless position. Kicking a guy in the nads is bad form generally but there are exceptions and I think that was one.

Regardless, I'm glad Garrett apologized unconditionally and completely.. At least he was quick to recognize what a stupid and terrible act it was.

Yeah, Ogunjobi came in well after it has already been done with. I don't think that deserved a suspension though. If that did, then what Mason did surely deserved the same suspension.

For real. I know a guy that caught an assault charge for hitting a guy in the head with a bat. He was at a party and got jumped by 4 guys... somehow got to a bat and clocked one... Next day... Got the knock at the door.
