It is the Poll Thread. It is for posting polls only. It's easier for the individual counting the votes if he doesn't have to weed through arguments and comments. It's a courtesy thing.
Any comments in that thread that are not a Top 25 poll get moved to this thread.
You made a comment in that other thread "Where's Wisconsin?" That is not a Top 25 poll. That is discussion. It is clutter.
Therefore a mod moved your "post" to this thread because the other thread clearly states (and links) that if you're not posting a poll then to post discussion of polls in this thread we're in now.

The mod has since moved your post back to the other thread for all to see what a dumb fuck you are, and how you cannot follow simple instructions.
