both teams should play their second stringers by that time. nothing to prove at that point in the season for these teams.

That 4th and 1 call with Dalton running off tackle makes me think we're drafting a QB high in the 1st rd if one they like is on the board.

Dalton's solid but he's not the guy to run this offense and I don't know if they'll be willing to offer him the going rate for our starter in this leauge. They'll be a market for him if theres a team who thinks they're a professional QB away from a post season run

That incomplete pass they called complete on the final drive by the Cardinals was bullshit that was not reviewed. Under 2 minutes, we couldn't request a review, and they dropped the ball.

Would that have made a difference in the outcome? Maybe not. But they should pride themselves in getting things right with so many opportunities to get things right. But if the narrative doesn't meet the NFL's ideals and marketing plan, then to damn with it.

I don't think the NFL had a marketing plan for yesterday's shit show.... It was just a poor game and the officials were probably bored. Taylor should have used one of his timeouts - He didn't need them. It was a rookie mistake from an unqualified coach. That was a big play and if its overturned, it keeps the Bengals in business.
