How about making it simple. All sports are given the same points. And only top 3 and bottom 3 gets points or negative points.

That’s all!!!

Barry Bonds $25
Babe Ruth $25

NFL

12 defense (3 corners) (3 receivers)

NBA
10 players (2 halves)

NHL

3 left wings
3 right wings

Baseball needs to be fixed imo

Why don’t we just make all players max out at 20 in all sports. Baseball is the only sport this really is a factor in for multiple players.

And all current players and all players that began their careers before AS games are maxed out

Since the average per player is 5 we don’t need to make the price too high. 25 is insane. Especially when no other sport has this punishment.

Sorry guys but I'm out for this one Managing a $5 per player average cap over 4 sports for me is no bueno. I'm not into the restrictions when it comes to the super drafts outside of maybe making it modern era or something simple - they are hard enough as it is to track and manage and I don't have the time to do the research that would be required on my end.

Only thing I would change from this really fun draft would be making Ruth and Bonds their normal number. We aren't driving up the number for The Great One or MJ...

cap needs to be higher like I said from yhe start to give us a little flexibility. $5 is fine for most sports but not baseball

If we do this we should also have a max salary rule of $20 across all sports. It will only affect a couple in baseball and hockey so not so bad

I don't understand this, seems to me there was just as much research required for some in the NBA draft we just did. You already know the players, I guess being I do zero research for any draft I am missing why this one is any different than any other draft, simply because it's more players?

I am not a fan of negative points, some might just not put together a very good team and they would be penalized for it, I understand the idea is to penalize people tanking one of the sports but that's not the only reason someone could finish say 10th.

Whatever I can do to keep you in this draft and keep it a cap draft let me know!

I had a weird dream where Femur had the first pick and he took Larry Allen at a discounted price...that was the entire dream. Fucking weird

Prefer a much higher cap average for NBA NFL MLB and lose it entirely for NHL. You have half a board that's never done an NHL draft before and don't know the players. I've done about 50 or so NHL drafts and wouldn't even know where to start for an NHL cap draft. Doing 4 sports at once already adds a massive layer of strategy. but I get it you guys have done a million of these and are fatigued from drafting super teams. And yes I just completed the mlb and nba restricted drafts but honestly theyre just not my thing. I'd rather just be able to take who I want to especially if it's a super draft. I really don't want you to change it for me and I don't want to sound like I'm complaining - I'm just being realistic with what I have on my plate right now (which has ramped up a ton with the new job) and being honest about the type of drafts I like to participate in vs not. You asked so I'm answering. Honestly no biggie please don't switch it all around for me

I'm interested. Support a higher cap, some minimums and and not changing cap numbers for those other than old baseball guys. And even then they shouldn't be higher then their career seasons played lol. Ruth is prob a 20 time all star but shouldn't be any higher cost than 22 for example.

400 would be 6 per roster spot. Put a minimum of 3$ per spot. So

$48 for MLB
$72 of NFL
$30 for NBA
$42 for NHL.

NBa looks a little light there...so may need to push it to 4.5 per spot. Or set different minimums I suppose.

Also willing to use a stat like War to determine MLB numbers pre '33. 5+ War is considered an All star by BRF could make it based upon their seasons instead of just a random number. OBviously guys get selected without hitting that threshold so could drop it to like 4 and so guys like Shoeless Joe are a cap of 8 instead of 20, making them more likely to want to be drafted. LEfty Grove would be 13 instead of 20, and probably getting him at a closer accurate draft slot.

I just can't agree with guys that didn't play 20 years counting for 20 ASGs lol

Just my thoughts.

Also am willing to compile a supposed alternative list for ASG totals for old baseball guys

If we don't have a cap for NHL what's to stop everyone from just leaving it until the end?

I have no problem raising the cap# but if we go to high it's just an open draft and we already did that just a few months ago.

Honestly I would rather just forget the idea of a super draft all together rather than lose someone or make it an open draft.
