Wrong! It should have been called back because it would have helped the Eagles and that’s what I wanted to happen.

Plus it should have been called as a makeup call for what I thought was a relatively weak defensive holding call that gave Dallas another shot at a touchdown in their game.

If it was in Dallas' favor it was a good call.

Christ is was a good game, sooner or later the Falcons had to get the monkey off their backs!

* It was Nelson Agholor who dropped the game winning TD ( Collinsworth minutes earlier talking about the kid fixing the drops)


End of the day it was the second game of the regular season that will either piss the Eagles off and they run of a string of wins or they play like shit and second guess themselves...

I thought maybe the safety had an angle. Maybe not, but I didn't think it was as cut and dried as everyone was saying.

If Wentz hit him in stride on the play that got them into the red zone Philly wins. Tough with pressure right in your face, but another 5 yards on that ball and it's over.

Safety wasn't even close, ( he was worried about the TE) ball hit the kid in the hands in stride!
Either way I'm not worried, sometimes ugly games happen and your win or lose them and they lost.
I think they build off of it and move on just fine.

Not sure why he hasn't been using it to date. He has three serviceable, if not better than average, RB's and what should be a top 5 OL at the very least. He could run Jordan, Sanders, and Sproles back there and have all three fresh for the entire game. Run them early, run them often, and sprinkle in some screens then play action. Not impressed with Philly play calling or selection to this point.

Did I read Philly only had two TEs on the roster after cutting a guy this week? How can you do that when you run so many 2 TE sets? That's poor roster management by your GM.

Howie is a CAP Guru, not a Draft or Roster Guru.

This is basic, pay attention and you will get it, kind of stuff. It's a little concerning from a medical perspective that you couldn't grasp it. Have you had yourself checked recently?

Yeah, it’s really inexcusable...the offense was limited after the backup TE was ruled out.

Is Joshua Perkins no longer on the roster at TE? I think he is on the practice squad, right?

Philly has been carrying a lot of corners and certain other positions, partly due to injuries, and that has complicated things.

Dwayne Allen is out there. He’s a blocking TE and has experience.

He honestly takes the month of September and plays out all these passing routes and personal match up, I get it he wants to put plays on film and see what the offense can do, but with these backs he needs to give them more touches
