fall baseball games start Saturday, hopefully be done just in time for the start of the game. then N Ill is already set for late, so i won't miss that. I'm hoping Ill, OSU, and NW aren't 11am games, that's the only time that will typically suck for me.

I'm thinking Frosty figures out something on O. gotta get WRs open. someone on here said WRs had a hard time getting open, was S Ala doing something special? i didn't go review tape and the broadcast doesn't do shit for showing WR routes unless the commentator wants to specifically point something out. I know they did that several times showing AM missing wide open guys, some of which seemed to happen because our OL was crumbling and he was looking at that instead.

Morning boys! It hate Colorado week!! I'm scared of this game if Jurgens is starting are center. High and low snaps. Got the plays off on Saturday. If they start Farniok. Way better chance.

so, just a quick peruse of some other message boards. AM was supposedly sick last week, why practice was off at the beginning of the week and not the best on Sat. Also, saw the stats about the high snaps, it does make sense in an offense like this, when the snap is off AMs eyes aren't on his read, so can't make that quick decision that needs to be made. I saw some some people point out Mills' running style just seems to be straight ahead where sometimes a little more reading of the blocking is necessary, here was the main one i saw people talking about:

Seems to me with Jaimes pulling around the right side, Mills should be following, instead running straight into the down blocked DE and unblocked LB.

but the first play also illustrates how quickly guys need to make decisions. you literally have to stop it at the half second point to see the hand off and Mills is hitting the hole at the 1 second mark. But right before the handoff it would seem to me he'd notice Farniok (assuming he's the RT) turning his guy in and Jaimes coming around but for whatever reason dives into a filled up hole.
