i roll out of bed and do 30 pushups. then i do 20 curls. then 10 more pushups and 20 more curls. done. takes less than 15 mins. i can do it in a song sometimes on my headphones.
started 4th of july 2018. been over a year, havent missed a session. sometimes i throw an extra 10 in there.
yup. every. day. its become a habit. some days its tough, but i do it twice a day. its takes about 10-12 mins each time. instead of going out for my morning smoke, i do this shit.Every day ? I also started doing some upper body work about a year ago when I realized I'd dropped from a large to a medium t-shirt. Not every day, though.
