Could he put on 15 in a month, month and a half? Possibly. But it won't be all muscle. He'd have to be a carb eating machine while limiting his cardio along with putting some muscle back on.

You're the one who brought up the #25-30 of muscle saying he could do it in 6 weeks or less.

I never said he could put on 25 to 30 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks. I said he could bulk back up again. You all are assuming he lost 30 pounds of muscle. Nonsense. He's lost weight. He can start working out and gain weight at the same time. Cut the dramatics. I knew guys who played RB at 210, and midfield in lacrosse at 185-190. I know guys who played football at 195 and wrestled at 178.

Did any of you guys actually play sports?

In college, one of my buddies gave me some stuff I honestly didn't know what it was at the time or just didn't care to check. Hit the gym very hard for about 4-6 weeks and no joke I gained 25-30 pounds of muscle. Forgot the name of it bc it was so long ago but basically a PED. I stopped after I realized and continued to work out, didn't really gain much after that but a year later I stopped working out for about 6-7 months after college when I started my first job and lost all that muscle. He is on something, you don't lose weight that quick if you workout naturally

Haha so Gronk can't but you did?

No one is making any assumption except for you assuming any of us said it was all muscle. He lost 30# we know that. He lost muscle we can see that.

You're Nintendo all star team doesn't qualify you as an athlete Skippy.

Tell us again how you put on 30# of muscle yet every article I've read or posted says it's virtually impossible.

Quick question for you. Are you related to PE1?

I can't speak for anyone else. But I'm sure glad you know some guys at varying weights, that played different sports.

Does that earn you a techno bowl badge? Because otherwise it has zero relevance. Kind of like your dumb ass posts.

You're like two peas in a pod. Difficult to tell apart.
My PE1 relationship question still applies.

You're on probation, probie. When you prove you know whose post you're replying to, we'll put it up for vote on whether to remove you or not. I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

He'll come out of retirement and catch passes from Brees

Damn, his suit is actually falling off of his shoulders. He may be sick. I wonder if there is more to this story

Go easy on the young-in. His parents just started letting him use the computer unsupervised.

I worked out my entire life, by the time I was in my early 30's I could bench 405 one rep. I was 225 and no PED's. I was putting in 2 hours on the gym 5 days a week Worked out with a buddy, he was 240, worked out an hour a day 3 days a week. He would hop down and throw up my max 12 times like there was air in the bar. I've seen him do 565. Guy ate like a pig, had 6% body fat. When we were in HS, I was 210 and he was 155 lol. He was cycling HGH, Deca, Sustanon and winstrol lol. There's nothing you can do naturally to compete with the sauce. The results Gronk had could probably be accomplished natural, but not if you revert to looking like Napoleon Dynamite 6 months later

1) learn how to post videos
2) Jason Garrett is the worst end game time management coach in the league and probably by far.

Andy Reid says hi!

3) Keep trying
