sure you couldI could go back and forth like that with just weights and diet when I was in my mid to late teens, and 20s.
you don't just go quickly "back and forth" from pic 2 to pic 1 or 3 with weights and diet. Sorry. Can you lose it quickly? Of course, but you aren't just working out and eating healthy and putting all that muscle on that quickly.
