So I'm making it with 10lbs. of beef

5lbs of hamburger and 5lbs. of Chopped up Beef that I'll be smoking on the smoker.

Looks good.

I like to throw in some canned whole tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper and onions into mine. Pour that over some Fritos with a little cheddar and sour cream and that's as good as it gets imo.

I'm adding onions and have thought about bell peppers, not much for whole tomatoes or mushrooms in my chili but not a bad idea.
