NFL Deadline

Today is the day.

If you're going to the NFL prematurely...today is the deadline for you to declare as such.

I would but I have to cook chili later today.


Also, on a somewhat related note...if you're going to attend classes at the University of Oklahoma, today is the deadline to register for Spring Classes. Even if you're a Graduate Xfer (@Chewbaccer ), you have to TAKE at least one class while playing football here.

SO. TODAY IS THE DAY. SOME BURNING QUESTIONS ARE GONNA GET ANSWERED.

This is my EVERYONE GETS CHILI recipe. This chili feeds my 4 here at the house and also feeds at least 2 other people (my Dad and my Mother-In-Law). I keep it simple and mild so they don't cry.
1 lb Sausage
1 lb hamburger
1 can Rotel
1 can petite diced tomato
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 sm can shoepeg corn (not in this batch pictured)
1/4 diced yellow onion
3 sm cans tomato sauce
3 tb A1/Heinz57
3 tb Head Country barbecue sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1 package of Williams ONION chili seasoning (2lb)


Top that shit with some shredded Colby/Jack and fresh diced onion...I doll mine up with Tabasco/Sriracha too. Cold beer recommended as well.
