Just an embarrassing performance by Koepka. One shot away from the greatest choke job in PGA history. No player has ever lost a PGA event with a 7 shot 54-hole lead. An incredible gag job.

It's not a "gag job" when you win by 2.

Everyone was getting clobbered out there though. The conditions were real tough and he put up a great round given that.

Sure....but this isn't the first trip for DJ down this avenue. He's got a lot of Major scars that are of his own doing.

Man, that's a big, obnoxious trophy. Definite sign of an inferiority complex.

6 wins, 4 of them majors. Crazy. He's going to get very tired of being asked about his significantly lesser success in non-majors, if he isn't already.

A problem that almost every golfer would enjoy.

That's just it though? DJ could almost freewheel it around the course being as far back as he was......when he closed the gap to where a legit comeback was possible, he folded up. At some point, given all the insane talent he has, I think it has to be addressed. I ain't calling him a choker, but he sure isn't a closer.

I wouldnt be opposed to people calling him somewhat of a choker. He seems to win all these other tourneys than not really show his best game in majors

He might be the most physically gifted golfer the game has ever seen. He's had a solid career but there's no arguing he's an underachiever.

He's lower than anyone else so he deserves it.
Can't nearly gag away a 7 shot lead and bogey 5 of the last 8 coming in and feel good about it. I think we knocked a little of the cocky off of him today. He'll be more humble now.

That's the thing. All the rounds count. Everybody was just scrambling to get off the course today.

When you gag away 6 shots of a 7 shot lead and then depend on Johnson to make two ridiculous bogeys at the end while you bogey 5 of the last 8, I certainly think you can call it a gag job.

As soon as he got within one he completely fell apart.

He shot 74 in hard ass conditions. I don’t know what the average score was today but I guarantee you it was over 73. Not only that, he buried a 4 footer for bogey when the world was caving in on him and gathered himself to win by 2. You call it a gag job? The guy is the first golfer in history to hold back to back US Opens and PGA’s at the same time. That’s an embarrassing performance?

Congrats Koepka!

Obvious the final group really struggled with V3 coming unglued early enroute to 81 to go with Brooks 74.

A tough course got some wind today and only 10 rounds under par...DJ was the only -5 starter that shot a decent round. Beth Page Black joins the ranks of Oakmont and a few others...it can challenge the best players in the world without being tricked up.

He punched it out fine while we were listening to DJ. That was a bad decision by whomever is producing this thing. He should be fine. I could get down in 3 from there.
