Not really. Absolutely nothing for Clemson to gain from it.

We get enough recruiting exposure in Florida because we are conference rivals with two of the big three in Florida already, no need for a series with the kid sister in Mickeyville.

Playing a home and home with UCF in their tinker toy stadium would prevent us from scheduling a real high profile opponent like Auburn, Texas A&M, LSU, Georgia, or Oklahoma thus costing us money from hosting a big ticket draw in the home side of the deal.

We play a Power 5 OOC program on the road every single year. Odd numbered years it is South Carolina, even numbered years it's the other P5 program we have scheduled. In 2019 we are at South Carolina. In 2020 we are at Notre Dame. In 2021 we are at South Carolina. In 2022 we are at Notre Dame. In 2023 we are at South Carolina.

You've lost your mind if you think that UCF schedules anywhere near as tough as Clemson.

And besides....you should know how touch it is to play Furman since they beat your #UCFucking ass the last time the Knights who say Nee played them.

Sure, why not?

UCF isn't worth a home and home though, but if they want to come take a payday in Tuscaloosa that sounds great. Maybe drum up enough interest for a neutral site game, but I doubt they'll want to pay UCF that much.

UCF's AD should come out and publicly say they'll take the spot of whatever FCS team Alabama plays in November. Since you claim to know him. If Alabama doesn't accept, then you get free publicity to claim Alabama ducked you and would rather play FCS and if they accept then you get the game.

Provide me wrong. I think too many are way to scared to play at UCF.

We have been playing road games at the oldest names for our entire 22 year D1 history. Only a handful like Texas, USCe, and Stanford have even dared to play @ UCF

I really don't think anyone is afraid to play UCF. Seriously, you are a pretty good G5 school, but that is about it. Enjoy your station in life or join a major conference or become an independent and play a schedule similar to Notre Dame.
