A very nice gift today. Dortmund 0 wins, 2 losses, 3 ties in last 5 games and of course Reus is hurt again.

I saw Bayer Leverkoller play @ San Jose Clash back in 1996! Rudy Voller was still playing for them and had a big game. Only time I have ever seen a Bundesliga team live. Watch them on TV though. Prefer it to the EPL.

I have only seen one game live too: Hamburg SV vs Hannover 96 in 1972 in Germany. I still have the Hamburg SV pennant my Opa got me at that game.

I was lucky enough to see Bayern Munich play AC Milan at Soldier Field in July 2016. The wife and I were in Munich in August 2018 and saw Bayern Munich pound the Chicago Fire in Schweinsteiger's testimonial match.

Actually I went back and looked at Hamburg results from 1972. Season didn't officially start until 9/16 and I was in Europe from June 15th until September 2nd in 1972. Only my Opa and I went to the game and I have the pennant and we were in Hamburg / Hannover area for all of August 1972 where my is from so maybe it was a preseason game with Hamburg. Who knows for sure what actual game it was I was only 10.

I'm satisfied with the draw at Anfield. The pace of that match was unbelievable. Not having Kimmich in the next leg is really going to hurt. Gnabry is proving his worth.

It seems that a slew of players simply don’t like Kovac.

I can’t stand how Kovac plays the defense so far up field. They have gotten burned numerous times due to this. He finally adjusted this for the Liverpool match the other day.

What’s wrong with your offense? I remember last year I couldn’t find a Bayern game under 3.5 goals, shit this year I’m pretty sure you had a couple 1-0 games. SMH
