Now I'm seeing a ton on Simmer to TB. And now we are down 3-0 to the Habs. I thought we would come out strong against the Habs, guess I was wrong.
Hart shouldn'r have started this game, if Elliott was healthy enough to play he should be getting some starts. Pisses me off!

So I've been wrong before, but I'm going to say that was Simmers last game as a Flyer, I'd def be suprised to see him suit up again in Orange and Black. Hope we get a truckload for him.

Simmer to TB now is the rumor swirling around. TB is going to sweep everybody to the cup imo. Adding Simmer is just a luxury. Must be nice.

What assets do they have to give up? I'm sure it will probably be just some picks.
I'm hearing a pick and Boris Katchouk. Not familiar with him. I guess he was a roommate with Morgan Frost. It's on hockeybuzz. Take it with a grain of salt.

I heard the wisest thing...Elliot comes back and the team goes back to playing the way they did in the first few months of the season...ALL of the team.

Provorov looks sloppy
Hart looks sloppy
Ghost is sloppy

But Elliot, he's a battler...

So...how bad will the score of the Stadium game get?
Will the Flyers make any moved prior to that game?
Will Talbot ever get his visa straightened out?

We were terrible from the start the only player who looked remotely interested was Myers

Since they have the best record a pick will be very low if its a first any anything in the 2nd round would be like 60th pick

I dont know about getting a truckload because teams know we will lose him for nothing if we dont trade him. Most of the teams that will be looking to get Simmer aren't looking to loot their team. Hopefully we can get a nice player and middle first round pick.

Where might Wayne Simmonds be traded?

That article lays it out pretty well I think. Tolvanen, even if it's straight up, would be my favorite return. High end prospect a couple years in to development already, closer to NHL ready. I don't know that Nashville would be willing to do that though. If they move Tolvanen, I bet it'd be for Stone, Duchene, or Panarin instead.

See the problem is Elliot came back at the wrong time. We have our yearly 15-20 game stretch at the end of the season where we look like world beaters fooling the fans into thinking we have a shot at the cup soon thus keeping this team together then rinse repeat on an 12 month basis. So it was just bad timing for Elliot coming in at the end of that stretch.

Didn't Stone already get picked up?

Good call. Tolvanen would be a steal for us if we could get him straight up for Simmer. i wonder if we sweetened the pot a little with a pick we could get them to do it.
