Prolly still Flacco.

Kaep never impressed me with anything but arm strength. Even as a runner, not overly impressed. Harbaugh should've stuck with Smith imo. He was always the better QB.
Yes! Troy Smith ftw. :agree:

Alex Smith would be an upgrade for a majority of teams now.

Assuming he has two legs.

Jim Harbaugh is not very good with QBs imo. Just got Luck to Stanford. That's about it. Everything else is borderline disappointing.
i agree, his brother isnt either

I disagree....Most small claims are settled out of court for those reasons but high end cases, while aprox 70% is still settled out of court, it is because one of 2 things....Either the defendant does not think they can win the case, ala guilty, or it would cost more to defend themselves than to settle...
In this one however, the NFL who constantly boasts of their reputation and things done to jeopardize that gets fined and suspended, now have raised question to that mantel on every level...
It hurt them and justified Americas #1 hated NFL player in the process...IMO

You say you disagree, then explain why people settle. We agree on those points.

I still contend the NFL would rather stroke a check in this case rather than go to a trial because you get negative publicity every day such a trial exists. It would be elevating Kaep's stage even more. Where we do seem to disagree...Idt think settling hurts the league at all...in a few months this is water under the bridge and out of the news.

You nailed it. The NFL doesn't want an endless and all encompassing investigation based on nothing, so they fold. Strong people like our President fight that bullshit head on.

Looks like it's open season on the NFL. Time to accuse them of r*pe and get some cash money.

Does he have a choice? 6 motherfuckers already going to jail. Your fellating that shriveled old dick will go over better back in the cult folders.

NFL def has dirt in the closet. DirtDirtDirt has dresses in his.

Why settle?

The vast majority of cases don't go to trial, so getting "settled" is normal way most of these cases end. You suggested he could never prove his case in 100 yrs...it really doesn't matter....a public collusion trial...even if they won the case, what positive can come out of it for the NFL? They were better off paying this guy off to shoo away.
Define "shoo away"

The piece of shit took a bite out of the league. A better organization would have found a way to get him killed.

Of course Trump has a choice. He could have stayed out of politics. He could have let the FBI full of crooked cops remain in power.

Trump could have let America go and live on an island or anywhere with his beautiful wife. But he decided to run, to win, and to put up with the whining losers that stacked Washington, DC against him.

And he's enjoying the fuck out of it.

Who would u rather have Kaep or flaccid Flacco

of course he would rather have flacco back. he literally admitted he's rooting for the broncos this coming season, simply because flacco is their quarterback now, as well as hoping that the ravens get some sort of comeuppance because of how disappointed he is with them for letting such a solid dude like flacco go. he's a flacco fanboy. AREN'TCHA, @Oldschool739 ???

Hiding dirt? Probably not. Maybe hiding a little dust.
Perhaps there is an email where 2 owners said they wouldn't sign Kaep. Technically that could be considered collusion, but really it is not. Now if they said that they should convince other owners not to sign him it might be different.
The NFL just settled as most companies do.

So if he never colluded with the Russians, he wouldn't be under investigation. That's brilliant. Take it to the shithole you fucking retard.

There's no evidence of that, but a lot of poorly crafted talking points that were enough to fool you. Good job being so gullible.

I don't condone killing the man, but if you think they could get away with it...what I don't know won't hurt me in that case.

Did you see today, NIKE has issued a icon jersey for Kap with his name and number 7 and portaying him as a hero....No they fed the monster with that settlement, he isn't going away as long as he can draw the spotlight...That's my opinion, and with his track record to support it....

Again...fair opinion.

Would you expect Kaep to tell Nike?...no, I don't want that icon jersey?

Kaep is what he is...but to me that seems like we have a major corporation using Kaep to push their own agenda.
