While we're on the subject, 7-11 seems to be pushing pizza hard these days. They should have to advertise it as " pizza* " though.

Pizza anyone?

I tried. Pizza John's is closed Mondays. So we waited until Tuesday, New Year's Day, to go.

They were closed then too. So we went to Box Hill Pizzeria. It was bland. I wasn't staying in Baltimore another day to get Pizza John's.

Bellisario's near my parents has been closed since July due to a fire. I was really looking forward to it when I was there over the holidays. There is no real pizza here in Jacksonville AFAIK.

Lots of pizza places around here, Brothers, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Little Caesar’s and a Mod Pizza just opened. And there are five private owned restaurants that make good pizza and one of them has three locations. Personally, I have tried all the chains and my favorite is still the mom and pop places. There is one called Pat and Carlas which makes my favorite. Crust is perfect and just enough spices with great sauce. They make a consistently good pizza. Twelve bucks for a 16” plain. I just don’t like all the toppings. Maybe mushrooms. I can eat it once a week.

lol just another shitty pizza competitor that Pizza Pizza will struggle against

/although Papa Johns doesnt sell pizza by the slice
I think Pizza Pizza is worse than eating cancer but I would still eat it over Papa John's if I had absolutely no other option. If they can survive out there I don't know why Pizza Pizza wouldn't.

Did the twitter guy not ever stop in an any of the 100 Italian bakeries around here for a slice?

I think Toronto delivery options are pretty crap but if you really think you can't find a good pizza here if you put in even minimal effort you're just a) lying, or b) have really, really high tastes in pizza.

Shit, even Pizza Nova's slices are pretty good if there's nothing else around.
