Prolly still draw better than Santa ClaraIt should be a wide arrange of places. Like the Super Bowl. I would love to see one in the RCA Dome.

I get that the PAC-12 covers a lot of ground geographically speaking, but even Stanford doesn't seem to be a draw
Agreed, we should just schedule it at Bryant-Denny every year to avoid this. I would be happy to designated Alabama as the away team in any year we make the finals to make up for the alleged home field advantage, cause I'm all about the fairness.
You obviously have never been to santa clara. There's no dodging shitpiles there. Some people don't know how to use maps. It’s stupid as shit to hold it in a stadium in Santa Clara. Ain’t nobody got time to waste going there, dodging shitpiles on the sidewalk, and dealing with all the freaks of nature.
Yes, SC is just as much a shithole as SF. If you think otherwise you haven’t spent much time in that area
That actually makes sense since Saban refuses to play a true home & home w/ any decent P5 program. When's the last time a Saban led Bama team played an away game that wasn't in either Florida, Georgia or Texas? When was the last time he played a true home & home series?
He's the best HC in the game & he's had that title for years. But he won't play anyone in their own backyard. Saban's allergic to OOC games in anyone's stadium.
Which given the level of HS talent there perplexes me a bitThat’s a big part of the problem. That area is one of the least “college football” parts of the country. It’s an expensive place to travel too, especially when you factor in last minute plane tickets, and there’s absolutely zero local interest to help make up for the fans who pass on it.
I remember that game. It was schedule pre-sabanI think it was against Penn State around 11 years ago and was probably scheduled before he even got there.
shit...even bama didnt want to play there until the sec made them #birminghamforeverAgreed, we should just schedule it at Bryant-Denny every year to avoid this. indian workforce is just trying to make it more like home....thats allIt’s stupid as shit to hold it in a stadium in Santa Clara. Ain’t nobody got time to waste going there, dodging shitpiles on the sidewalk, and dealing with all the freaks of nature.

As opposed to fans and teams having a little over a month to get their travel plans in order now? Mmmm kSo the location of the title game shouldn't be announced until after the CCG's? That would give the fans & the teams a little over a month to get their travel plans in order. And potential hotels shouldn't schedule events around the time of the title game in hopes the game's in their city? I don't see that working.
It's a sellout, and Alabama and Clemson will both have a large contingent there tonight. Unfortunately, there will be 0 local / neutral support + it is at 5 pm local time on a Business Day 45 miles outside of San Francisco.Levi is such a sad stadium. Can’t get any butts in those seats. Some of the Pac12 ccg’s have had the intensity of a library.
I’m sure they sell out though.. Clemson and Bama travel well, no?
That's waaaaayyyyyyyyyyy to objective.I think it should rotate between the locations of each of the conference championship games, playing at the home championship game stadium of the higher ranked team.
