Personally I think there's too little moderation here for things like people attacking others but it's hooplas way and as a member, I abide by that.

That's my favorite part about this forum. It's keeping the shitposters away because they see they can't hide behind mods and quite frankly, some people just need to hear it over and over about how awful they are.

That’s pretty interesting that he was able to pull those quotes and make such a great song out of it.

Inspiration is inspiration and there are songs that make it big out of some kind or another. Another great protagonist perspective song is "Possession" by Sarah McLachlan. That was her way of dealing with a serious stalker issue she was dealing with at the time and the song is delivered from the stalker's perspective.

Said stalker wound up taking her to court over the song and songwriters everywhere held their breath until the judge took Sarah's side in the argument.

Yea, that is part of the self policing aspect though. Shaming people out of their stupidity helps keep it moving. People will either be able to handle some shit talking or they will run and cry like that Jenner peach twat.

But you have some that shaming doesn't work with. The moron just banned shows that. All they care is they are creating havoc and enjoy it, don't care if people shame them.

For people like that, you need mods who kick them to the curb.

And for those with strong personalities who ride roughshod over those who dont.

Yes, I know. It was swift. I have not left SO, but wanted to see what this place was all about. What happened hasn't been easy to take, but I can't help thinking we will get things back in order.

This isn't some made for tv movie, this is real life.

We are NOT going to get things "back in order". There are a lot NOT coming back, no matter if Rivals threw open their doors.

Time to face reality, Rivals shit the bed. The new reality is a few may post in both places if they get reinstated but the place we once knew is GONE.
